Why should I buy a new Mason & Hamlin?

Do your pianos come with a warranty?
We are an authorized representative for Mason & Hamlin. The pianos are warrantied for five years, parts and labor, transferable to future owners within the warranty period. Subjecting your piano to humidity outside the recommended range of 30-60%RH or direct sunlight may void your warranty.
How often should I have my piano tuned?
We recommend a minimum of four tunings during the first year and a minimum of two tunings per year after that. We strongly recommend Dampp-Chaser humidity systems in situations where the piano's environment cannot be properly humidity controlled.
