Shopping for a piano should be a joyful experience, but it is often frustrating and even intimidating. With us, there are no snooty high pressure sales people, no poorly maintained inventory, and no competing for our attention with other customers. We work with our clients one at a time by appointment only. After we receive your inquiry, we will schedule a complimentary in-person consultation at a location of your choice. 

 

For those who wish to see the factory and audition the pianos before purchase, we will personally accompany you to the factory for a selection. (We can also pick one out on your behalf, if you prefer.) Mason & Hamlin's factory is located in Haverhill, MA, 35 minutes from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport and 40-50 minutes from Boston Logan Int'l Airport. By working directly with the factory instead of operating a show room, we are able to offer you an exclusive experience for less than the cost of buying from a traditional piano store.
